AMIS Development has announced the launch of The Tides, a high-end residential project located on the Dubai Islands, marking a key milestone in the developer’s expansion into one of Dubai’s most anticipated master-planned destinations.

The project was unveiled at a launch event held at DRIFT Beach Dubai, attended by more than 500 brokers, partners, and industry leaders. Designed to blend modern architecture with sustainable living, The Tides aims to offer residents a luxurious yet community-focused coastal lifestyle.

Set for completion by April 2028, The Tides provides panoramic sea views, landscaped surroundings, and easy access to key areas including Deira, Downtown Dubai, and Dubai International Airport.

The development features a range of fully furnished residential options, including one-bedroom apartments with a study, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom townhouses with G+2 layouts. Unit sizes range from 812 to 4,433 square feet, with prices starting from AED2.1 million.
