Dubai real estate: Sobha Realty launches 109-floor Sobha SkyParks on Sheikh Zayed Road

Dubai real estate developer Sobha Realty has unveiled Sobha SkyParks, a 109-floor landmark on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Rising to a height of approximately 450m, the tower will be the tallest development in Sobha Realty’s portfolio and a new statement address on one of the most prestigious streets in Dubai.

The development will comprise 684 residences, combining scale, design, and precision craftsmanship to deliver what Sobha calls a new benchmark in modern luxury.

The tower’s five slender sub-towers appear to interconnect as they rise skyward, forming a straight-line structure with minimalist glass façades and perfectly aligned inset balconies.

Inside, residences feature spacious layouts, high-end finishes, and private balconies offering panoramic views across Sheikh Zayed Road, the Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf.

Among its most striking features are four themed SkyParks, each spanning six stories:

• ADVENTURE ZONE SkyParks: family play areas, padel courts, and recreational spaces
• ACTIVE LIFE SkyParks: multi-level fitness circuits and wellness terraces
• LUSH LIFE SkyParks: zen gardens, reflexology paths, and glass pavilions designed for relaxation
• LUXE LIFE SkyParks: crowning the tower at nearly 350m, this level will include an infinity pool deck and a resort-style terrace with floating beds

These zones are designed to transform the building into a self-contained vertical community, blending luxury, wellness, and leisure in a single elevated environment.
