Majid Al Futtaim has unveiled Maravelle at Ghaf Woods, an ultra-premium residential development designed around wellness and nature in Dubai’s first forest community.
The project will include 96 residences across four boutique buildings in the inner circle of Ghaf Woods. Homeowners will receive exclusive membership to Maravelle, a dedicated wellness and lifestyle facility at the heart of the community.
“Maravelle at Ghaf Woods represents a new approach to real estate value creation, as it goes beyond traditional measurements of space and interior design to emphasize health benefits, environmental stewardship, and people-focused design,” said Ahmed El Shamy, Chief Executive Officer of Majid Al Futtaim Development.
“With Maravelle, we are setting a new benchmark for wellness-centred living; one that demonstrates how design, nature, and community can work together to create long-term impact.”
The residences span 25,000 square metres, comprising two and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom duplexes. Each home incorporates circadian lighting, advanced ventilation systems, low-emission materials, and natural stone and timber finishes. Duplexes feature private terraces and pools.
Maravelle integrates sustainable practices across the development. Ghaf Woods is home to over 35,000 trees which improve air quality and reduce local temperatures by up to 5°C. The wider master plan includes 5,000 premium homes, eight kilometres of walking paths, 3.5 kilometres of cycling routes, gardens and wellness pavilions.
